At ACXOK, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our refund and cancellation terms below.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been shipped.
- To cancel, email us at info@acxok.com with your order ID.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
- Refunds are only applicable for:
- Damaged or defective items
- Wrong item received
- Cancellation before dispatch
3. Return Policy
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all tags.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Products marked “Non-returnable” or “Final Sale”
- Personalized/customized products
