Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ACXOK, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our refund and cancellation terms below.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been shipped.
  • To cancel, email us at info@acxok.com with your order ID.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Refunds are only applicable for:
    • Damaged or defective items
    • Wrong item received
    • Cancellation before dispatch

3. Return Policy

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all tags.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Products marked “Non-returnable” or “Final Sale”
  • Personalized/customized products
